I was mislead by a seller of a jewelry item bought recently and wrote a review to this effect providing clear information.
However, Catawiki deleted my review arguing that I did not provide enough information.
This is an indication, to me, that the company is taking the side of the seller not giving the buyer a chance to voice his/her concerns. This will result in future buyers falling for the same.
Clearly, Catawiki just wants to sell all they can regardless of the problems a buyer experiences.
