One of my support queries has been pending for 6 days with no reply, and I submitted another one yesterday as an urgent issue — I received a broken object, the seller is refusing a refund, and I know that your policy requires claims within 3 days. I’ve sent clear photos and messages multiple times, yet there’s been total silence. You charge an extra fee for buyer protection, but in this case there has been no protection at all. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
