Bought an item from Holland. Received in 2 weeks but completely different item, not what I paid for. The same day I have done some pictures (item, package, labels), send messages and pictures to the seller and to Catawiki customer services. Wanted to return the item and have my money back. The seller doesn't respond, Catawiki investigated the case another 2 weeks, then they made a decision in seller favour.
What a horrible experience. Avoid this site.
