Ordered an item from Europe via Catawiki. The website recommends waiting the full shipping period before reporting the item as missing. When the item still hadn't arrived, Catawiki refused any assistance as I hadn't let them know within their "feedback window" - which falls within the aforementioned shipping window. No item, no refund (not even of my buyer's fee!!!).
DO NOT USE CATAWIKI - YOU COULD REGRET IT!
