Non-existent customer support. Most of the times you get no response. And if you do, it takes 3+ weeks for an answer.
Platform is unreliable on the features you can use, sometimes you can message seller, sometimes you can't. When you can, most times you get no response either. As sellers don't seem to bother about clients.
For Jewellery, most things do not come hallmarked and not authentication certificate is provided.
