Ordered a diamond and the seller placed wromg adress in order for the item to return to him. I made many attempts to open a case before the funds got release to the seller but no one answered. I had to make a call in holland to make them freeze the funds and open case.
When i opened the case ,no one replied to my messages to cancel the order. I took my refund 40 days later when i send an email to threat them that i will open a case for internet fraud with my bank.
