There is no info on their site as how to get in touch. No email or telephone number. I did find an email address and twice wrote but have no response.
Reserves can only be put on if you think your item is worth over 200 euros under that amout you have to take pot luck as to how much you will achieve. I put on an item that I had bought from Catawiki last year for over 100 euros. It was put in the wrong catagory so only sold for 10 euros
