I received my order of a Jubilee Mug today to find the handle broken, I emailed the company with a photo included, admittedly I did receive a prompt reply apologising, but also saying the mug is no longer available!!!!
The mug was what I really wanted and I ordered two other items also, which I probably wouldn’t have bothered with, won’t be using them again
