Provided with a gift card as a present back in August 2019. Card stuck to a piece of card obscuring the fact that it expires after 1 year. No clear indication of this and the relatives who bought this were not advisd about.
To expire after 1 year is absolutely ridiculous and no time at all. Tried discussing with Customer Services who were absolutely useless. No attempt to resolve the issue and flippant in responses to my questions.
Terrible company and even worse customer service.
