I'm very upset with the company, Very bad service when I paid for overnight express mailing and I received the phone in 3 weeks. Then I have a phone that doesn't download nothing. I waited my money on this phone. It did not have the Sony program in the phone. I have been told to be careful with this phone. i will ever buy a phone on this site again!!!!!!
