Staff has been very helpful the majority of those times I called to ask questions. Tgete wasn't a problem apparently. Their job is to sell products on the website and provide customer service over the phone (without any sales) but I was pleased to see they don't push the sales attitude at all. This will make me much more willing to come back when I do need their services. I also know who I will want to talk to, having scouted ahead when it didn't matter and see who was helpful even when they knew that there was not going to be a sale. With all that said, I have ended up buying a phone from them. And to be as straight as possible I am surprised from what I have received! I got exactly what I wanted, as advertised. Ordered a brand new LG v20 and they still have it brand new in a sealed white box just like the good old days. Thanks and kudos to everyone who works there!
