Melvin has given me incredible customer service these past times I have been up and down trying to get an impossible phone to find a blackberry key2 from many different Stores, but Melvin managed to do some hard work for me and get me one for the right price. He educated me, he never was impatient or condescending no matter how many questions I had. Melvin had complete follow-through, tenacity, confidence, kindness and the kind of customer service that you don’t find easily these days.
