i needed to buy a smartphone because mine got stolen and the service provider store was so completely unhelpful (almost rude). i went to cell2get's website and Adam was extremely helpful and patient, helped me figure it out, and how I should get my phone as soon as possible. He didn't rush me and wasn't condescending or robotic. i consistently leave phone stores exhausted, distraught and crying, but i had a great experience at this one retailer and will definitely return for any phone assistance i need.
