I never write reviews but I went to 3 different phone stores including Best Buy to try to switch over from my old phone to a new one, none of whom could help me find the right phone for me.
The manager Steve was a LIFESAVER. Without his perseverance and assistance I probably would of thrown my phone at my wall into a million pieces. He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After a hour, he got me the phone I wanted, set my phone up after I received it, and fixed the complicated issue that I had. No doubt he went above and beyond!!
