Amazing experience! My boyfriend called in with troubles after his phone was stolen in the mail during shipping. Melvin and Steve spent hours to make sure that he knew all of his options, and he they could make things right for him. just went in their website and purchased a new phone while the stolen one was refunded (after two weeks of reporting from me and cell2get end, we managed to collect that sweet insurance money for the stolen phone and the post office guy got fired for it.) and both representatives were very accommodating and went way beyond any customer service we ever had!
