So I finally got a Big Girl phone and left my prepaid Boost service in the dust, where it belongs, because Boost is garbage.
Adam was my customer service person and he was very helpful, informative and talked with me a while, answering all my questions and giving me several options for my new phone. I am very excited about my new phone and service and adam made the transition very stress-free and thanks to Apple and the Cloud, setting up my new phone was simple!
