By sharing my experience here will hopefully make a difference. I have initially placed my order roughly 3 weeks ago. When I first received my phone, I've noticed that I could not get it to work on my Carrier. Thankfully, their customer service agents helped me get it to work and in fact, they even replaced my phone altogether. They were so kind and efficient with my case. That the exchange process was pretty efficient within less than a week. I am now very happy tbut. I'm using my new phone and it's working just as I expected to me. I would gladly place another order with these guys.
