Over a year to deliver a small order of strawberries and raspberry canes. In July 2020 offered 2 compensatory fruit bushes to wait for delivery until autumn, or refund. I said I would wait, understanding that COVID had caught people on the hop. Contacted the company at least twice in autumn, and then in winter when I was informed that "everyone" had received a text about their orders. Everyone except me it seems. After contacting them again in March my delivery finally arrived and the plants were fine. But no apology, and no compensatory fruit bushes. After 3 ignored emails I am resorting to the internet to voice my frustration. Atrocious service, and unacceptable delays. If you can't fulfill an order within a growing season, don't leave customers hanging.
