The Czar Plum tree on pixie stock that I bought in 2018 fruited for the first time this year and unfortunately the fruit was bright yellow and the tree has grown to over 12 feet in height! I had to trace back through my bank statements to find the original order date.
To my complete surprise and great satisfaction the tree was replaced straight away with no quibbling. This is exceptional customer service. So thank you very much.
