Having bought a greengage earlier this year from elsewhere only to find that it was a less than ideal specimen that has failed to survive, despite planting alongside my other fruit trees, I was apprehensive about my latest purchase - but Chris Bowers have supplied an excellent and healthy young gage that shames my earlier purchase. I'm extremely pleased - so, many thanks CB for selecting what I'd hope to receive from the other nursery.
