Awful company. Customer always right? Gone are those days with this company. I’ve written to them over two failed fruit trees ordered earlier this year and sending customer reference number, and just receive a pedantic and rude reply. My husband is a head gardener on a large Estate in Hampshire with many years of gardening experience. He is disgusted with their produce and the so called customer service.
Please shop elsewhere. I wish I had. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
