I have just taken delivery of a thornless blackberry and a collection of raspberry canes. The delivery was spot on and I have never recieved plants so well packed. Within 2 hours of delivery I recieved an email not automated but from a lady named Gemma checking everything was alright andhad I any questions regarding cultivation. I will not be able to comment on the fruit until next year but if its as good as their customer service I will be extremely satisfied
