This company is superlative! I ordered 5 espalier apple and pear trees. I had loads of questions before ordering, which the wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful Julie talked me through on the phone, and after ordering John was very quick to reply to my subsequent emails. The trees arrived when promised, looking healthy and beautifully packed. Then the icing on the cake was an email a couple of weeks later from Gemma to ask if everything was ok with my order. The whole process was indeed very, very ok! I couldn't have asked for more, would order from them again in a flash, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Oh, and the trees were very reasonably priced too!
