I ordered a pear tree with them and awaited delivery. However, I hadn't heard anything for a while I chased the item. They emailed me straight back with an apology and explanation that they had been having a few problems.
Once the tree was ready to be delivered I was kept updated with all the info. I have had an email to make sure that I was happy with my product and the offer of help and advice should I have any problems. The tree looks healthy and was at a great price.
