Ordered a bare root cherry and plum tree and the order was delivered on time and well packaged. Follow up email sent to check all was ok with the order. Unfortunately, the plum tree failed to grow properly but with some photos sent and advice given it was promptly dealt with and a replacement sent. Extra special mention for Gemma in customer service - she was excellent - speedy replies and advice. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.
