Great service throughout. Helpful online guides to assist with purchase. Items arrived a little later than anticipated due to weather conditions, but we were given regular updates.
The courier service was excellent, with good communication regarding the progress of the delivery. The trees arrived very well packaged and in good condition. Gemma has been particularly helpful.
