I needed advice before purchasing an apple and pear tree. Several emailed questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The trees were well packaged and healthy. I rest assured that they offer a guarantee for the first growing season. Customer service is excellent - a follow up email from them checked if everything was ok, plus they remain at my disposal for further advice. I would definitely purchase again, their advice and after sales support is greatly appreciated.
