Never use their Online Shop.I did not receive the parcel.When I checked the tracking it mentioned sent back to the Sender .They have cancelled the order when I asked them Question.They mentioned the parcel is lost when the product ordered are still online .They can arrange redelivery Doggy business .Go to Trustpilot for review .Online business is hopeless Shops are rude.Some thing not right with company .No more using them anymore. You can not leave any reviews on google probably to scared for customers to look at reality.I have upset child .
