“So I went to go get my ears pierced and I was 3 but when I got home my mom so so mad because they were soooo un even and now I’m so mad because all my friends have their ears pierced nicely and mine are just uneven. Also my cousin slept with Claire’s earrings in her ears over night and when she woke up they were like imbedded in her ears there had like absorbed into her ears and she had to let them close up and she had to get them repierced at a better place, and I mean honestly Claire’s is a total rip off.”
“I ordered a click and collect. I got an email to say my order was ready to collect. I went into the Claire's shop to collect my order the shop assistant handed me my order a miserable woman. I didn't open my package immediately as I expected everything to be there as no one had told me otherwise! I go to a restaurant as I am waiting I open my package from Claire's and I noticed straight away items were missing! I thought at first it was a simple mistake and they forgot to pack the items in the shop into the bag. I leave the restaurant in a hurry and said ill be back and I went back to Claire's before I said anything the shop assistant said yes, I know some of your items are missing. I said how comes you never said nothing about that when I collected my order your very rude! The lady just shrugged! I asked her so what happens next? The lady said well your just have to contact customer service it's not my problem! I can't give you items that arnt here. I contact customer service straight away with just an automatic response! It's now been a week with no response. I try ringing nothing! That's not good enough. Whenever I have a problem in other shops or Amazon the seller would answer my query promptly would refund me if necessary and apologise. Latter in the day, I checked my bank account and Claire's have taken two more transactions out without my consent! Again I try to contact customer service and no response. What's the pont of even having a customer service if your going to ignore people! When errors in transactions have happens it's very alarming and you need to talk to someone promptly! It's disgraceful that they are either not responding or not doing it in a timely fashion. It's been my worst click and collect experience ever! It's been very stressful and time consuming. I won't ever shop for Claire's again their scammers stealing people's money. The fact that they didn't even have the decency to inform me that some of my items weren't there and the shop assistant didn't tell me! A disgusting service with rude people! I am really shocked with their audacity! other companies like Next would inform you if there's a problem with your order or if it's running late etc. To not say nothing and give me my order with my items missing and say nothing no explanation and no one to talk to about it! The whole place is a shambles! I hope this company is off the streets real soon they can't get away with treating people like this. The items are really crappy aswel I bought a melon shopper bag that ripped with one use! Tack!”

“Never use their Online Shop.I did not receive the parcel.When I checked the tracking it mentioned sent back to the Sender .They have cancelled the order when I asked them Question.They mentioned the parcel is lost when the product ordered are still online .They can arrange redelivery Doggy business .Go to Trustpilot for review .Online business is hopeless Shops are rude.Some thing not right with company .No more using them anymore. You can not leave any reviews on google probably to scared for customers to look at reality.I have upset child .”
