I don't normally leave reviews however my daughters and I had a terrible experience in Claires accessories in Whiteley. Visited the store in the hope of having both girls ears pierced! The sales assistant was incredibly rude from the outset. His manner and tone was hostile and with every query we asked he was clearly irratated. I have never experienced such poor customer service and would expect a store aimed at children would have more friendly and helpful staff. Needless to say we did not proceed with the ear piercings and will not be visiting this store again!
