Recently bought my first pair of Clark shoes, even though they are priced significantly higher than I normally pay for shoes. I find the shoes to be comfortable. But, within a month the shoelaces were disintegrating. I contacted Clarks Customer Service and was ignored. They never replied to my email.
I will never but from Clarks again.
