After 15 months of light use the soles of my nature 3 shoes disintegrated. Going back to the store and contact with customer care a waste of time.Clark’s once was a byword for reliability and durability but no longer

I bought this Clark shoes from Noida Mall.Unfortunately didnt get my size UK12.But i picked a size smaller UK11.Its a bit tight but i use.The material is so good that after many years it still looks very good and most comfortable to wear. The material is soft and very good. Ajay Shetty 9312502117

Clark Shoes have so many problems...they have no arch support whatsoever. The slight insole cushion breaks down very quickly and then you will have to deal with feeling the under construction which feels like a hard grid like layer that makes it feel like you are barefoot. Since most of their shoes are now more than 50% synthetic they don't breathe and the shoes end up smelling rather quickly. These shoes don't last long and are highly priced for these very disposable shoes hat are no different than a cheap Walmart pair of shoes. Don't waist your time, energy or money on these VERY iNFERIOR rip off scam items. My experience is very accurate and true since I have owned 4 different styles in 1 years. I will never give this company another obsolete red cent again. Please BOYCOTT this company!

My husband has Parkinson’s and needed new shoes. We visited Castlepoint branch. Near Bournemouth. Sp very happy. Hannah served us and was so patient with my husband. It took ages to get his feet to move. We must praise her. Thank you.

0 choice for anyone who wears size 3 - extremely disappointing. Also not muck choice for kids girls shoes (apart from bog standard school shoes) Clarke’s gone downhill for sure.

Brought a pair of Clarks for £130. As a customer for over 60 years O expect them tpo be instantly confortable. Unfortunatly within 30 minutes these had taken the skin off my heels, so was unable to wear them and more. Very disappointed and will not nuy again.

I recently purchased two pairs if children’s shoes advertised as 20% off when buying two pairs. However when paying I was told the shop could only apply the discount on adult shoes and only on children’s when buying online! This is NOT shown on their offer and who buys children’s shoes on line when it essential to have their feet measured. On phoning the complaints department I was told I would have to return the shoes (not possible as the child was already wearing them) and they were unable to give me contact details to take the matter higher. This is not good enough and I intend to pursue this matter like a terrier,

I purchased sandals at Tootsies that fell apart after one season. Neither Clarks, nor Tootsies will even consider a replacement pair or a return. They have both lost a customer. Unfortunately, my pics won't be processed!

I bought 8w shoes but the size was too narrow compared with other brands. My feed were hurt and got numb when I tried on for 3 or 4 hours.I tried to return but did not let me to do it. I never want to buy this brand again!

Clark’s has always been one of my favourite brand but not anymore. My shoes leather got faded and scratch lines appeared just after wearing it for the first time, went back to the store to return it as it was only a week since I bought it but the sales rep refused as it’s been work and defective, I told him that’s the same reason I am returning it, he gave me an option to exchange it with an extra 50$ cost. What’s more upsetting is the unprofessionalism of the staff, he compared my return to another customer right in front of everyone, I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Never going back to that store.

I’ve been a loyal Clarks customer for over 30 years, but this recent experience has really shaken my trust in the brand. I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up cutting into my ankles after just one day of wear at the office. I tried to return them at the store, but was told they couldn’t accept them because they were “used.” Despite the discomfort and inconvenience, I bought another pair that same night—for even more money—because I’ve always loved Clarks. I contacted customer service on August 9th and was asked to send an email with photos, which I did on the 14th. I was told I’d hear back within 24–48 hours. I didn’t. I followed up on August 20th—still no reply. I called again on August 28th, waited 40 minutes, and was told it would be escalated. Again, no response. I called yet again on September 5th (another 28-minute wait) and was finally told they couldn’t accept the $80 shoes and offered a $25 gift card. While I appreciate the gesture, a $25 gift card feels like a slap in the face considering the defective product, the wasted time, and the poor customer service. I guess the CFO still gets their Starbucks today—they saved $55. Clarks, this is not how you treat long-time customers.

The customer service phone line listed on their website is HORRIFIC. Just this week, to try and deal with a return issue along with placing a new order on their website, I have called five times and been on hold for no less than 15 minutes each time before anyone picks up. By the time someone does answer, they are rude, do not have knowledge about what they are talking about, and cannot provide any resolution for the two issues. I love the shoes, but I cannot stand dealing with their website or customer service reps.

I purchased off white Mayhill bay leather sneakers and when they arrived I was so happy to try them on. They looked even better than I hoped. I normally wear an 8 wide but since it was reviewed as difficult to put on, I ordered 8 and a half wide. When trying them on, the tongue slid under the top and it was outrageously difficult to put on. I loved the way they looked , I even tried to remove the inner sole, but to no avail. I returned them. The sneaker needs a redesign, the area that has elastic, needs to be looser, or maybe the addition of a zipper, or maybe even laces. They look great but are extraordinarily difficult to get on the foot. Please redesign these bc I actually loved the look and was prepared to order them in pink too

Although Clarks shoes are long-lasting and well-made, the designs can seem a little out of style, and the costs are a little high. Excellent for daily use and comfort, but I usually wait for sales before making a purchase.
