Have two pairs of sandals that peeled off the lining of the footbed . Expensive shoes that shouldn’t have happened . Usually buy off season to get a deal but this is no deal if you have to stand over a garbage can and try to fix your sandals. They are sticky because of the peeling tried to contact the company via e Mai but no response. Won’t buy your sandals

I Use Clark's shoes always but this last pair I bought 2 months ago. I wear them maybe 1 time a week never has a problem until today. I had to remove them after 30 min. They were peeling my feel is the back it seems a medal is coming thru. Extremely painful. My question is I cant take them to Macy third return policynis 30 days. What can you do. They are In great shape and i have never had a problem with your brand

With soles being foam, what is the average wearable life / days worn..., (ave day equaling a good 12 hrs, especially for elderly people of heavier girth, ir people who are on their feet a lot, say those who do work in the service industries) expectancy in a pair of your Cloudstepper shoes?

I been trying to get a return label. I called customer service the waiting is terrible. Over an hr of waiting for help for 2 weeks now. Dont have a copy or printing machine. Can you send return label by mail at 42 N St Joseph Lane Fond du lac Wi 54935 Thank You.
