“Clarks Sandals Kilty Way tan leather--$100--Beautiful shoe with comfortable foot bed, but sadly adjustment straps are too long to anchor regular height foot and slim ankle. If you have big bones, thick feet and ankles or extra high arch or plump feet and ankles, then these will be perfect for you. For my size 8 and skinny ankles, I can only attach the velcro for 1/4" and hope that will hold. The middle arch overstrap is also too big, attached to piece of elastic---which will lose stretch as all elastic does. Cambodian manager must think all women have wide ankles and big bones or very plump feet. Bad sizing for top part of sandal. (jpgs won't upload to your site)”

“I love these shoes and have purchased slides,work shoes and dress shoes. I also want to let you know they will not last more than a couples of years. They will dissenagrate, break apart and bust open at the seams. So buyer beware.”

“I like these Privo collection soft mens shoes a lot. Unfortunately, red rubber part #10 of sole came off and got lost. It is clearly a design issue (glue vs. infusion). I submitted a complain via email. No answer for 1.5 months. I had to call customer service. What I learn: there is no warranty for Clarks product beyond initial purchase return and exchange. Absolutely nothing. Not even a coupon or discount for next purchase. I will stay away of this brand.”

“Great quality shoes just not happy paying hundreds of pounds to try them on .,it’s a strange policy having little stock getting customer to pay upfront to try on a size needing to be ordered in pressuring the customer then to accept having gone through the hassle of ordering .”

“Again ordered size 5 was sent size 3. Tried to exchange in one of the Clark's shops without success as the shoe was ordered from another supplier. Was finally exchanged.”

“Received a pair of slippers purchased online, wrong size but the box indicated my size☹️ Customer service gave me free shipping back but that should have been the case anyway since it was their error! Then gave me a 50% off coupon which is what is offered already online😡. I still have to repackage the slippers and go out of my way to go to the PO to take them back. And of course they are out for f stock on those slippers in any color for my size. Very dissatisfied with Clark’s 😡😡. I’ve ordered many times from them and had very good results, wondering if online is worth it anymore???”

“Have loved my Clark’s cloud steppers sandals. I have at least 10 pair. But I was walking and the strap pull through just snapped. I called customer service. They said sorry. That was it! Sandals 1 year old”

“I bought my Grandson his first pair of shoes now he is walking she told me that his foot size was a 4 1/2 f he wore them they kept falling of his feet took him to another clarks sjop to be told that he is a 4 G how can you get it so wrong”

“Clarks Village - what a myth!! Went to the Clarks factory shop in order to take advantage of the 'up to 60% off' blah blah blah. Kids shoes were £20 down from £28, a choice of only 4 pairs in size 10G and two of them weren't discounted at all. Rubbish. Should have had the feet measured, gone home and bought shoes online from someone else.”

“They didn't. When most company's have free delivery, it's disappointing that Clarks do not offer this service especially when you are spending over £50 on kids shoes”

“Clark shoes are are very comfortable, however this was my first time getting some and they did not fit. So I returned them, although I was trying to exchange them and Clarks has the absolute worst customer service. I have sent two emails and have called multiple time and no one has answered. This whole experience makes me wonder if these shoes are worth all this effort and money. I was just trying to get a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to work.”

“Very quick delivery but the website wasn't clear and I couldn't work out if the payment had gone through then it said payment pending, bit scary on PayPal!”
