I like these Privo collection soft mens shoes a lot.
Unfortunately, red rubber part #10 of sole came off and got lost.
It is clearly a design issue (glue vs. infusion).
I submitted a complain via email. No answer for 1.5 months. I had to call customer service. What I learn: there is no warranty for Clarks product beyond initial purchase return and exchange. Absolutely nothing. Not even a coupon or discount for next purchase. I will stay away of this brand.
