Brought a pair of Clarks for £130. As a customer for over 60 years O expect them tpo be instantly confortable. Unfortunatly within 30 minutes these had taken the skin off my heels, so was unable to wear them and more. Very disappointed and will not nuy again.

I recently purchased two pairs if children’s shoes advertised as 20% off when buying two pairs. However when paying I was told the shop could only apply the discount on adult shoes and only on children’s when buying online! This is NOT shown on their offer and who buys children’s shoes on line when it essential to have their feet measured. On phoning the complaints department I was told I would have to return the shoes (not possible as the child was already wearing them) and they were unable to give me contact details to take the matter higher. This is not good enough and I intend to pursue this matter like a terrier,

I purchased sandals at Tootsies that fell apart after one season. Neither Clarks, nor Tootsies will even consider a replacement pair or a return. They have both lost a customer. Unfortunately, my pics won't be processed!

I bought 8w shoes but the size was too narrow compared with other brands. My feed were hurt and got numb when I tried on for 3 or 4 hours.I tried to return but did not let me to do it. I never want to buy this brand again!

Clark’s has always been one of my favourite brand but not anymore. My shoes leather got faded and scratch lines appeared just after wearing it for the first time, went back to the store to return it as it was only a week since I bought it but the sales rep refused as it’s been work and defective, I told him that’s the same reason I am returning it, he gave me an option to exchange it with an extra 50$ cost. What’s more upsetting is the unprofessionalism of the staff, he compared my return to another customer right in front of everyone, I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Never going back to that store.

I’ve been a loyal Clarks customer for over 30 years, but this recent experience has really shaken my trust in the brand. I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up cutting into my ankles after just one day of wear at the office. I tried to return them at the store, but was told they couldn’t accept them because they were “used.” Despite the discomfort and inconvenience, I bought another pair that same night—for even more money—because I’ve always loved Clarks. I contacted customer service on August 9th and was asked to send an email with photos, which I did on the 14th. I was told I’d hear back within 24–48 hours. I didn’t. I followed up on August 20th—still no reply. I called again on August 28th, waited 40 minutes, and was told it would be escalated. Again, no response. I called yet again on September 5th (another 28-minute wait) and was finally told they couldn’t accept the $80 shoes and offered a $25 gift card. While I appreciate the gesture, a $25 gift card feels like a slap in the face considering the defective product, the wasted time, and the poor customer service. I guess the CFO still gets their Starbucks today—they saved $55. Clarks, this is not how you treat long-time customers.

I purchased off white Mayhill bay leather sneakers and when they arrived I was so happy to try them on. They looked even better than I hoped. I normally wear an 8 wide but since it was reviewed as difficult to put on, I ordered 8 and a half wide. When trying them on, the tongue slid under the top and it was outrageously difficult to put on. I loved the way they looked , I even tried to remove the inner sole, but to no avail. I returned them. The sneaker needs a redesign, the area that has elastic, needs to be looser, or maybe the addition of a zipper, or maybe even laces. They look great but are extraordinarily difficult to get on the foot. Please redesign these bc I actually loved the look and was prepared to order them in pink too

For many years I bought Clarks leather boots and sandles. The actual design is dreadful. No style at all,,even mediocre leather has plastic lining. Why? They used to be so good,I'd happily pay more for good quality of the past.

I placed this order because I was traveling and was even willing to pay extra for express delivery, which was supposed to be a two-day service. However, the two-day delivery ended up taking nearly four days. I called to raise this issue, and as a result, you refunded the extra amount I paid for express shipping. Now, the package is scheduled to arrive after I’ve already left for my trip. So, what was the point of paying extra or even placing the order in the first place? And I haven’t received my shoes, yet! Now I’m wondering what I’ll find when I come back from my trip. 😠 at all!

Complaint Regarding Clarks Shoe Quality and Durability I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the quality and durability of Clarks shoes. As a loyal customer, I have been purchasing Clarks footwear regularly during my trips to London. Due to my buying habits, I often store new pairs in their original boxes in a well-maintained wardrobe until I need to replace my old shoes. However, I have recently faced a highly frustrating and embarrassing issue with your products. On two separate occasions, I wore a new pair of Clarks shoes for the first time, only to have them completely crack from the sole during an important official meeting. The first incident occurred when I took out a new pair that had been stored for approximately 3-4 years. Within hours of wearing them, the sole cracked severely, forcing me to dispose of them. Unfortunately, the same issue repeated just yesterday with another pair that had been stored for around 2-3 years. The bottom of the shoe broken and completely separated from the main structure in an extreme and unacceptable manner. Given that I have experienced this issue multiple times, I am left questioning whether Clarks shoes are incapable of being stored for a few years without deterioration. If this is the case, it is extremely concerning, as customers expect quality and durability from a brand like Clarks. There is no indication on the packaging that these shoes must be worn within a specific timeframe to avoid such failures. I request a clear explanation regarding this recurring issue, as well as information on whether Clarks shoes have an expected storage lifespan. Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on how to prevent such incidents in the future. Given the circumstances, I also expect Clarks to take responsibility for these quality defects and offer an appropriate resolution. Please address this matter urgently, as this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. I look forward to your prompt response

Clark's used to be a great shoe brand, but it's clear their stuff is now being produced at the same factories as all the other fast fashion brands now. Bought three pairs, two were unusable. Their Breeze shoes scraped away my heel after walking in them for only 20 minutes IN SOCKS. How is that even possible? They would have performed better with literal razor blades in the sole. Will not buy again.

Ordered and paid an extra $18 for 2 day delivery. The website said they would be delivered on Tuesday. (I was ordering them on a Friday at 10:00 AM.) then 5 minutes later after I submitted the request it said expected delivery was Wednesday. I called to cancel because I am leaving the country on Wednesday. They would not cancel or amend the order and could not explain to me why a 2-day delivery that was promised as Tuesday on the shipping part would end up being Wednesday.

From our experience they are nothing like they used to be, we purchased some school shoes for my daughter, she wore them less than 2 months, they split at the back. The Store Clarks Junction 32 Castleford were very dismissive, offered a 50% voucher, didn’t offer to fix them or replace, Clarks customer service was unfortunately worse then their shoes, they made us jump through hoops, kept us on the phone 30 minutes, they offered to let us speak to a manager and then left us hanging for 15 minutes. Possibly the worst shoes we’ve had in many years, cheap and nasty, just like their customer service
