Appalling company. They do not answer telephone calls. I have repeatedly been on hold for over 30 minutes and no response. The shops do not stock the boots I would like to buy. None of the discount codes they send ‘as a special customer’ do not work. What an abysmal company

I have 4 gift cards for Clarks Shoes but no Clarks physical store anywhere near me. They have no way to use gift cards online, customer service will not help, you can't call them because no one answers the phone even when you are on hold for an hour. I have never seen such poor customer service.

When Customer Service directed me to order in stores, managers in 2 stores nearby told me that they can't place order with gift card either. Ironically, both stores were selling gift cards. No sure why Clark's gift cards can't be used to order. I like Clark's shoes because they are comfortable. Now, I spent so much time but can't get my Christmas gift with my Clark's gift card. So disappointed with Clark's service

Koop geen schoenen bij Clarks omdat bij retour zending je heel lang kunt wachten op restitutie van je geld . Betaald op 25 0ktober teruggestuurd op 30 oktober . Herhaaldelijk gebeld en gemaild. . Belofte gedaan dat ze het bedrag zouden terugboeken tot op heden niets ontvangen. Ik zal een incasso bureau hiervan op de hoogte stellen. We mogen wel betalen maar terugstorten helemaal niet.

Customer service stinks,total disregard towards customer,any problem they will direct you to go to your local store.Looks like they don’t need provide good customer service or maybe we are expecting to much!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online because they do “easy returns” and I need the narrow shoes which I can’t find in stores. This is the first time I ever ordered shoes online and it will be the last. One pair didn’t fit so I followed the procedure to return them and ordered and paid for the appropriate size. Big mistake because I have now paid double for my shoes. When I check the tracking of the return it says that Clark’s refused delivery. I called the Clark’s Canada number and they said that for some reason Canada post is not delivering their returns and that they are waiting for a reply to their inquiry about why this is happening. The rep also said that I should have received an email explains the situation but I didn’t. I’m feeling like I’ve been left in limbo. I will probably never get refunded. What a way to treat your customers.

I buy school shoes for my son. Pay 32 pounds. After 3 week both shoes was damaged. His go just for shool and just for 3 weeks. So I have buy again new shoes for him.

The slippers started to fall apart within in two month of purchase and Clark's would not return or replace the defective product even though I had a valid receipt. Within 7 months of purchase the soles split so bad that they were unserviceable. I thought I splurge and but myself a good pair of slippers (so I thought) instead of the cheaper store brands. Never again will I waste my hard earned money on inferior merchandise. Quality service and quality products are a thing of the past with this company!

St Austell, Cornwall. I had booked a back to school shoe fitting for 4 children. My 2 and my 2 nephews we entered to shop on time and one sales assistant was going to assist with all 4 children. There were 5 sales assistants in the shop. As one of the children was being seen to I asked another employee to get a shoe for another child. They asked if I was being served by the one sales assistant. So I answered that one of the children were being seen but it would speed up the process for them to help out as there were no other customers in the shop. When she had finished I asked if she could find a shoe for another child. She then huffed and said that we were confusing the system due to the person who was dealing with us was the only one who could deal with us and if more customers came in with bookings that it wouldn’t be fair. There was no one else in the shop. There was one employee who couldn’t assist as she “had to watch the door!” My daughter has wide feet and they were unable to accommodate finding shoes for her. When I asked for suggestions they explained that one pair was too big and the other was too small. When I went to pay for my sons shoes at the till the employee who was standing there said she wasn’t able to put the payment though as it needed to be the original person who measured. When I challenged this I was met with remarks about that being the system. I felt that it was very poor customer service and the whole system did not work. I had booked an appointment for 4 children and expected service for all children rather than one at a time. Especially as the shop was empty.

Fell apart after a term. Stopped buying them as price no longer reflects quaility. I think the brand is on the way out. Lost its identity for quality

Used to be a good brand. Poor quality control on the India made shoes. Completely useless customer service does not help at all. Overall a poor quality choice for the money

I have worn Clark's shoes for years and found them to be of high quality. However, my recent purchase of sandals was very disappointing. The adjustment strap was so short I could not close it. The leather was very stiff and cheaply made. I will not order Clarks online again.

Quality of product is very bad... the so-claimed Leather is poor quality and has changed color rendering my product non-usable. Waste of money buying Clarks shoes... see pics for validation. Over and above that when I approached the Customer service for a solution, they quoted a 90 day warranty and nothing can be done now.

I brought a pair of Clarks from Macy's and the quality is horrible they're ruined in less than a month and they refuse to do anything about them telling me I've to contact Macy's why when Macy's just sell them for Clark I'm very disappointed and will never buy another pair of Clarks

Any sandal I liked was sold out in May (Size 7.5.) Most never came in stock again. Middle of June has only left overs (tat) on sale. This leaves the rest of the summer with little to sell and no choice for customers I suppose hundreds of boot styles will fill the shelves before summer holidays begin. Have you ever considered starting summer styles later by a month maybe? Then you could sell summer shoes in THE SUMMER. Wow! Revolutionary!

I have worn Clarks shoes since I was a young child. That's well over 50 years. Whenever I do find a store now I always walk away empty handed. The quality has gone. I would put the quality of the offerings on a par with Shoezone but not at Shoezone prices. Cheap lightweight tat is what is on offer today. The sturdy Clarks shoe has gone. No wonder most of the stores are gone now too. It seems extremely bad management decisions have been made in recent years. It is such a shame.

The wrong shoes were shipped to us-- and we've been trying for practically weeks now to try and just get a hold of them, but their customer service is non-responsive. Just today we've been on hold for 30+ minutes on two different occasions, long enough that their customer support hours literally passed. Absolutely awful :(

I ordered 2 pr of sandles. Not cheap. Rec'd 3 wks later...such garbage. I could not believe they were Clarks. I trusted Clarks name. Nowhere on them do they indicate Clarks. I think I was scammed by believing the ads on FB. Never again. I can't even give them away. So very hurt and disappointed. And $80.00 poorer.

They do not comply with their return policy. I returned the products on March 14, it's April 24 and they still haven't refunded my money
