I am furious. I returned Wallabees size 8 to the store at Queens Center Mall on May 27th. I was told to call if I didn't receive my refund in 10 days. I called and told the ticket would be escalated. About a week later I called again and was told a second time that the ticket would be escalated. I then received and email stating I was to receive a Paypal refund of $124.20. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT! Part of my purchase was on a $50 gift card and I received no replacement $50 gift card. The amount of both together is STILL short by $14. I am due a refund of $188.40, yet Clarks thinks it's fine to keep my money. I am a loyal customer of many many years and because of this, I will NEVER shop Clarks again. In fact, I don't want a gift card, I want my FULL refund of $188.40 as a make good! How dare Clarks do this.
