They do not comply with their return policy. I returned the products on March 14, it's April 24 and they still haven't refunded my money

Worst shoes I have ever seen. Misrepresented on their website, the product that you receive is nothing like what they advertise. The cheapest, worst construction. Single layer of fabric poorly sewn onto a cheap plastic sole. Don't bother. Don't waste your money. The pictures show the boot as they advertise it and the boot that I received.

Poorly made products at a high price. I purchased a pair of Clarks Slippers and they lasted 5 months. I thought I was buying a quality produce, I was wrong. I get more life out of a pair of Walmart slippers than a pair from Clarks. They wouldn't even warranty their product and apologized for the inconvenience!!! Terrible company!! Don't waste your time or money on their!!

Slippers are comfortable but cheaply made and they DO NOT back their product!!! I had purchased a pair of men's slippers and within 5 months then began to fall apart. I contacted the company and they flat out refused to warranty they. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

I will never again purchase Clarks again. As a Caribbean man I have always worn Clarks as school shoes and that is when Clarks were made in the UK with quality and now Clark’s are just trash. I have recent Clarks that have dry rotted and unable to withstand its time due to poor quality. Clarks and Ballys have been shoes made Caribbean school children have worn because of the high quality but now Clarks are trash and the company has lost their credibility for profits. Clarks you have lost a long time supporter.

I have had 2 pairs of Clark’s slide-in clog style shoes completely fail where the top is sewn to the sole. Yes, they had been in the closet awhile while I had some foot issues. But for leather shoes to fall apart like that is ridiculous!

Clarks changed footbeds. They are no longer smooth inside. Have lines. I have neuropathy and these lines hurt my feet. Was the only brand I could wear. In the process of finding another brand I can wear.

Waiting on refund for over 3 weeks. Nobody answers the phone… follow every prompt just to get a live person to no avail. No customer service email I can find either.

I can't keep them on. They're way too big and flop on my feet. I tried an insert. No good. I now have a sock stuffed in the toe of the shoe but it hurts my toes when I walk. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY? CLARK SHOES USED TO BE SO GOOD.

Shockingly poor customer services. I ordered shoes online, not received, can't get a refund. Impossible to phone anyone and email contact gone quiet. I would never order online again.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and they sent me the shoes with a shipping detail of the cost and they overcharged me twice as much for a pair of sandals and I can't get a hold of no one

This has bees so unfair, my daughter gave me a Clark’s voucher for Christmas 2021 for £50. I had several problems in my life and then came the pandemic I move address and as you know all things on transport of address go a little under control. I found the voucher and I went to the shop to purchase a pair of shoes, they told me that the voucher has pass the date ( what it is no food) I wrote to them presenting my situation the haven’t bother to answer , so they got the money plus interest and they do not had a minimum consideration. ,do not buy nothing or get vouchers

Hello brought a pair of reduced trainers in Southampton they had creases on the side of trainer shoe asked if they had another pair the assistant looked and said they are the only pair so I asked if there could be a bit of a discount because of creases the assistant asked the manager who took one look at me continual to talk to me abruptly no they are cheap enough and that's the way they are the assistant that was serving me was absolutely lovely there was a moment of silence I purchase them this was on the Friday the 13th in store late afternoon about 3 - 3 45 rougthly manager short brown hair I can't believe someone could have spoken to me in such a horrible attitude towards me shopping experience should be a pleasant experience

Unbelievable,but the " Clarks-Saga" is continued-as I wrote in my first review, I wait for the refund since the end of November. In the beginning I received a few emails from Miguel/ Clarks that my request for refund will be taken care,but the last four weeks no one reacts any more. About five days ago I received a message from DHL delivery, that a parcel from Clarks is on its way to my adress.(Probably the same, not fitting shoes :the left one seize 6.5, the right 7.0) and Im requested to pay again taxes . Of course I let Clarks know, that I didnt order it and not willing to receive it. And of course didnt get any answer.I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ask anyone who considers to buy Clarks, to think twice before doing so, there are other shoe companies.You will spare yourselve a lot of trouble Maty

Clarks customer service should be ashamed to to call itself "service"!!!! I still wait to be refunded for a pair os shoes I sent back on 27/11/22-was sent shoes with two different seizes. My advice to everybody DON'T BUY CLARKS!!! Very, very bad service!! Matty

I returned the boots I ordered on December 6th and it’s January 3 and still no credit refund. Tried calling several times and no customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do no order from Clark’s ever!!

This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned two pairs of shoes from an online purchase on 04 November 2022 and it is now 28 December and I still have not been credited for the return. I have called twice and spent probably an hour total on hold and still have not spoken with anyone one.

I called the customer service number and waited for more than an hour, still no one answered, and my refund never came back, and I couldn't contact anyone to solve the problem at all.
