Ordered some shoes for my son in store. They didn't have them in so they were to be sent to my house within 5 days. a week later and they still haven't turned up. Can't get through to the store, can't get through to customer services. Utter joke of a system. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Eigenlijk 0 sterren. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf dat niet terugbetaalt als schoenen teruggestuurd worden. Oplichters!!!!

GEEN ster waardig. Geven geen geld terug bij retourzending. Wacht nu al 7 weken. Krijg alleen maar standaardmails terug. Zijn telefonisch niet te bereiken.

Ruim een maand geleden schoenen besteld. Kwamen niet. Geen bericht. Na 9 dagen gemaild. Er waren problemen. Omdat er sprake is van een consumentenkoop waarover wij totaal niet tevreden waren, hebben wij de aankoop gecanceld. Via de mail antwoord ontvangen, dat er met spoed restitutie zou plaatsvinden. Hierna nog een keer gemaild toen het geld uitbleef. Wederom mailde clarks terug dat het alsnog met spoed overgemaakt zou gaan worden. Vorige week de laatste optie tot restitutie gegeven ( 3e maal) en aangegeven dat we anders stappen gingen ondernemen via de rechtsbijstand. Geen reactie meer en wederom geen geld. Er is geen product geleverd en geld wordt niet geretourneerd. Dit is onbeschoft en als we ons geld niet deze week terughebben, zullen we aangifte doen van oplichting danwel diefstal. Andere reviews lezend begint het erop te lijken, dat er sprake is van een patroon ( mogelijk frauduleuse verkoop praktijken) en is het belangrijk dat de toezichthouders van internetverkopen hier actie op gaan ondernemen. Zeer spijtig dat een eens zo gerenomeerd merk zich dermate smakeloos opstelt. Let wel: de franchisehouders ( o.a. bij ons in Den Haag) hebben hier niets mee te maken. Bij hen een goed paar gehaald in de winkel. Het is clarks online die nu de boel belazert. Advies aan lezers: absoluut niet bij kopen! Advies aan Clarks online: los dit op! R.Hampel (Den Haag)

I purchased a pair of clarks black dress shoes, worned a few times and its already falling apart. The side of each shoe is ripping open. Can't believe this is something that cost over 100, when I could have went to walmart and get one for under 30. Will not buy any Clarks shoes from now on.

I have found it impossible to make a return. There is evidently a problem with their returns portal. I have been trying since early July. Be careful. Your shoes better fit or you’re sol. They have really hurt their product. I will NEVER order Clark’s on line ever again. Poor customer service and satisfaction.

Problemas with shipping. 10 days after purchasing a pair of shoes and having paid for express delivery I have neither info nor the shoes. Very poor client service too. Currently unasble to slove the problem.

Do not trust this company - criminal! Deducts cost of order on 20th july!!! Until today no delivery! Status goes between “in Bearbeitung” zu “ausgeführt”. At the moment again in Bearbeitung. No answers on mails on support.clerks.eu. Terrible experience. Today 17.8.22 no shoes, no answer!

Do not trust Clarks Shoe’s return policy. You have to fight to get your money back. I’m 2 months now waiting for my refund, and they don’t return your emails or phone calls. They now have a new phone number and it’s automated only, so you’re not able to talk to anyone.

I will give clarks shose customer service 0. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and I never received it, I tried to call them everyday they never take my phone call. I also sent them email tell them about the issue and they said in 7-10 days they will contact me back but I never receive any contact from them. SO SAD IT BEEN A MONTH NOW 😢 I will never buy from this brand again.

Trying to order sandals is a nightmare they don’t seem to have any stock but they will tell you the order has been shipped. I would suggest finding another way to get your shoes. I finally canceled the order.

I ordered two pairs of shoes online. They did not fit. My big toe hung over the edge of the shoe. Their return site has been “down” for more than a month and they would not return my emails. I finally just sent them back at my expense. $55.00! I will never, ever buy Clarks shoes again! Never! And I will tell everyone who will listen to me to NEVER, EVER BUY CLARKS SHOES.

First time ordering and buying from Clarks shoes. I started a new role in the NHS and decided to treat myself and buy proper comfy shoes. I purchased online and collected from store. They seemed a little tight. So I returned them for a bigger size. I recieved an email today stating that the order has been cancelled as I did not return the item. What an absolute mess. I've got my returns slip from the post office and I've just tracked the item. Its in transit. What are Clarks customer services trying to achieve with this cheap tactic. I'm absolutely gutted and annoyed. Never again Clarks never again. (At least with Primark you know where you stand lol) Update - Grace responded to my complaint but Unfortunately was not able to resolve this issue. She has offered to refund my money. But I wanted my shoes that I have lost due to staff negligence. I have full proof and postage of tracking to forward to them if needed.

I bought a pair of Clark's Hudson Bay II moccasins. After a just a few weeks, they started unraveling. I expected better quality.

Like the other reviews. I'm in Canada, ordered from Clarks, shoes didn't fit, so I printed the return label and sent them back. Tracking shows they were delivered 3 weeks ago yet I'm still waiting for a refund. Their phone lines are "down for maintenance" for the past two weeks, but even before that no one ever answers the phone during business hours. You just get a message saying their offices are closed. They do not respond to emails of any kind. I can't believe a company can run with this model of customer service, it's shocking, never experienced anything like this from a big name like Clarks. I will never buy anything from them again.

They sent me a pair of shoes, each shoe being a different size! I’ve called over 15 times with no answer and send 10 emails with no response. Horrible, never buying from them again.

After my 15 emails I still didn’t get back my £229 refund they ignored me and are refusing to give my money back…Only automated response saying they will get in touch with you soon but so far no one got back to me there is not another option to contact them. If anyone is experiencing the same issue please let me know. The way they treat their customers is horrific.

This Company has The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Returned an item and a month later still no credit and when I tried following up - no one answers the phone, responds to emails or Facebook messages. I have been trying to contact them for over 2.5 weeks. Unbelievable. I will never buy anything from this Company again, and will take legal action if I do not receive refund.

Yes I ordered three pairs shoes and 30 dollars for speedy delivery and took a month, and yes quite the run around. They barely fit at that!!!!!! Wish I would if checked the reviews before I bought them. Anything I order from anyone now I will read reviews first most definitely.

Order shoes and they were delivered May 25. They didn't fit and I sent them back using their own prepaid return label on May 27. It's now June 20 and no shoes and no refund. Can't get in touch with anyone from the company.
