Boots fell apart after two weeks customer service won’t help because they were bought at Boscovs

Hello brought a pair of reduced trainers in Southampton they had creases on the side of trainer shoe asked if they had another pair the assistant looked and said they are the only pair so I asked if there could be a bit of a discount because of creases the assistant asked the manager who took one look at me continual to talk to me abruptly no they are cheap enough and that's the way they are the assistant that was serving me was absolutely lovely there was a moment of silence I purchase them this was on the Friday the 13th in store late afternoon about 3 - 3 45 rougthly manager short brown hair I can't believe someone could have spoken to me in such a horrible attitude towards me shopping experience should be a pleasant experience

Unbelievable,but the " Clarks-Saga" is continued-as I wrote in my first review, I wait for the refund since the end of November. In the beginning I received a few emails from Miguel/ Clarks that my request for refund will be taken care,but the last four weeks no one reacts any more. About five days ago I received a message from DHL delivery, that a parcel from Clarks is on its way to my adress.(Probably the same, not fitting shoes :the left one seize 6.5, the right 7.0) and Im requested to pay again taxes . Of course I let Clarks know, that I didnt order it and not willing to receive it. And of course didnt get any answer.I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ask anyone who considers to buy Clarks, to think twice before doing so, there are other shoe companies.You will spare yourselve a lot of trouble Maty

Clarks customer service should be ashamed to to call itself "service"!!!! I still wait to be refunded for a pair os shoes I sent back on 27/11/22-was sent shoes with two different seizes. My advice to everybody DON'T BUY CLARKS!!! Very, very bad service!! Matty

I returned the boots I ordered on December 6th and it’s January 3 and still no credit refund. Tried calling several times and no customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do no order from Clark’s ever!!

This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned two pairs of shoes from an online purchase on 04 November 2022 and it is now 28 December and I still have not been credited for the return. I have called twice and spent probably an hour total on hold and still have not spoken with anyone one.

I called the customer service number and waited for more than an hour, still no one answered, and my refund never came back, and I couldn't contact anyone to solve the problem at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, they sent me a pair I didn't order. I returned it and got a partial refund stating that they only received one pair. I called customer service twice and hold for more than an hour before I hang up. No more clarks for me.

I ordered a pair of boots and after wearing them once they are all scuffed up. I have been trying to call their customer service line for a week and no one picks up. They attached a return label with the order but since I've already worn them once I'm afraid they won't reimburse me if I return them through the mail. It's become clear that they aren't interested in hearing anything their customers have to say. I will never buy another pair of Clark shoes. How can you put a number on your company website and NOT answer it.

Bought a pair of waterproof boots and they totally failed !!! Clark customer service said they would NOT replace boots ( 6 months old ) and would only give me a $30 coupon. Clarks has gone downhill over the years. My wife and I will NEVER support this company again.

My shoes were on recall. Have been trying to get customer service to help since my local store went out of business. All I get is the run around saying they received my email. Great shoes but I won't buy anymore from them.

Returned item Nov-08. Reminded Clarks about open refund on Nov-30. Was asked for and provided proof of return on Dec-01. Today (Dec-16): Received nothing but excuses - no refund yet.

Placed order for shoes 5th December for collection on or before 9th December it’s now 14th can’t get answered on phone no one responds to emails, call it customer service, should call it the great unanswered never again

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a pair of boots, however, due to poor fit and quality, I returned them. They were received at the warehouse on November 21st and their website states a refund will be issued in 7-10 business days. It's now been well beyond that. I've emailed multiple times and attempted to call customer service, however, I've either been hung up on or have been on hold for 20+ minutes without having spoken to anyone. Absolutely horrific customer experience.

My Order was overdue for 2 weeks and still have no clue where are they. No one answered the phone or replied to emails. I have no shoes delivered, can not get a refund now, and I have to go to the shop to buy my kids' other shoes for Christmas. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed with this online purchase.

This company has gone to the toilet. No customer service. No way to contact them. Sit on voice mail hold forever, no one picks up. No email address. No physical address. I returned shoes. Tracking the package, it took 10 days to go 45 miles, then the package disappears. No response from Clarks. No refund. I got ripped off. This used to be a good company. Never again will I buy from this company.

I received a pair of Clark’s shoes as a gift. On the first wearing the shoes fell apart. I took pics and contacted Clark’s for a replacement. They said without a receipt there was nothing they could do. I have been a customer for probably 45 yrs., but will NEVER buy Clark shoes again. Very disappointing customer service or lack thereof.

I ordered a pair of shoes online. They sent me scratched display ones that cannot be returned. They then sent me a link to review the item. When I said what happened, they cancelled my review because it would 'affect sales'. So in other words, they don't want people to not be ripped off by ordering shoes with wear & tear at full price. So I'll be posting this review at any other platform I can find. Dodgy and classless company.

Clark shoes have until this week been my "shoes to go for". However this week, I wore a pair of gents shoes during particularly heavy rain in Edinburgh. After about 10 minutes exposure to wet weather, the soles parted company with the upper shoe on each foot leaving me with effectively no shoes and freezing wet feet. Admittedly, these were not new shoes but I do look after my footwear. I do not have proof of purchase. On the basis of the reliability of these shoes, it is highly unlikely I will ever purchase, or recommend, Clark shoes in the future.

I am unable to return shoes. I cannot access account. Impossible to reset password. The reset link does not ho to my inbox. Even their IT cannot sort. I have apair of £60 shoes I do not want. Terrible service
