They look nice, but quickly fall apart. You should sell exclusively to women, they only need them to last for one wearing.

Comfort is good but customer service is not. I received kind of used pair so i raised my request to return, no body is bothered to reply.

I wish there was a way for me to get resolution on this! My ordering experience was fine. My order came quickly but the shoe was too big. There was no option to exchange them so I had to return and was expecting my refund to be loaded onto the gift card I used to pay for them. We’re talking about $90!! Well they received my return 12/22/23 and I still have not gotten my refund. I finally got through to someone and she told me to send an email which they NEVER reply to. She offered to send me a refund to my bank account but I didn’t feel comfortable giving my bank account info out so now I’m worried I am out of $90. I will never buy from them again. I’m still hopeful for a positive outcome but I won’t hold my breath.

Bought a pair of Clark breeze sandals at Kohls the whole sole ripped. Neither Clark or Kohls would stand behind these shoes.

First time buyer. Love flip flops and was thrilled to have a friend recommend clarks. Purchased in June, wear everyday. Love the thicker sole for extra cushioning. Unfortunately my sandals are splitting apart on the sides of heels where it looks like there was air pockets that made for the extra comfort and spring when first purchased. Very disappointed with quality

Their online store suck, no flexibility given. 1. After I realize I buy wrong shoe size, I quickly write an email to ask for change of size, and they replied 2 days later and say due to their backend process, they are unable to change. 2. Once the item arrived, I cannot bring it to any outlet to do the exchange, instead, I need to fit their time to arrange for collection, ( they can only collect 9-5 workday, which is unreasonable for people staying alone), and u need to wait 30 days for them to verify the status, and another 30’days for refund. 3. They don’t even have a proper live chat session to contact or leaving review, they are kinda ignorant on their online store business.

I just loved these little boots called Caroline Park, so i bought them...I wore them 2 times and realized the soles will not last very long at all...The soles at the heel were peeling down so quickly!!! I remember Clarks lasting forever !!! I was told they are no longer made in the UK...I paid lots for these little boots and they were on sale !!! RIP OFF...Ive seen better in Walmart lately!!! So disappointed :( Super crappy soles!!! & the upper part of the shoe is equal to Wamart shoes now...It was the style that caught my eye originally..I should have looked closer, but had to have them ordered in from other store..

My recently late Mother bought me a pair of my favorite Clark's Cloudsteppers Flip flop for my Birthday in Aug 2022. She passed away less than a month later. I loved those shoes. The patent leather black Cloudsteppers size 8! I live in Minnesota and lets face it we don't wear flip flops past August. I wore a few times and loved them just like I loved all my other pairs. My parents lived in FL so I brought them with on our Christmas vacation to visit. By end of week my one toe pulled out of the flip flop and ruined my favorite pair. I have had these shoes before and my very first pair outlived my newest pair. 😒 my most important pair. Sad. I have bought so many pairs of shoes from this awesome company. What can we do about my favorite pair?

I have been buying Clarks shoes for many years, great look and style., BUT they are not as long lasting as the used to be, the problem with them is the heal which has air pockets and because of thin area that covers the air pockets the hole appears with short use. NOT A GOOD BUY, SHAME. P.J.N.

I have been buying Clarkes shoes and boots for years because they were good quality and durable I I have always bought the standard width, not wide fit shoes but recently Clarkes have started scrimping on materials, so much so that the standard size no longer fits my normal sized feet, I recently ordered 2 pairs of sandals normal width and they are so narrow that the straps arent long enough to close the velcro properly, very disappointing. Clarkes you have lost a loyal customer with your penny pinching ways!

I have been Clark's customer from last 3 decades, but unfortunately the quality of leather used now a days is very poor. In my own opinion if we call it 'plastic leather' many of you may agree with me. I had always bought Clark's shoes for more of feet comfort than the looks. With my last 2 pairs I bought I had terrible experience, I can not wear the shoes more than 4 hrs. My feet start hearting like any thing. I thought the leather will soften with usage, unfortunately it is still very hard. I have donated both pairs in charity. I think Clark's should switch back to the old vendors or instruct new vendors to improve the leather quality.

I have bought Clarks for 20 years. 2 bad experiences in a row with quality. Most recent is moccasin slippers for myself and wife. I am a senior. The laces keep coming undone, We step on the laces, and have tripped once. I solved the problem with crazy glue. Clarks are not inexpensive in Canada and the quality is no longer there.

Clarks appear to have a deliberate policy of making their shoes so that they do not last very long. I appreciate that the days when they used Polyveldt soles are long gone (these soles lasted for ages and ages), but now I notice on my most recent purchase that they are also making the sole at the ball of the foot so very much thinner. Whilst the upper remains in good condition the sole becomes uncomfortably thin. Sadly, after a lifetime of buying Clarks shoes, I will be looking elsewhere in future. A once excellent company has been degraded by short-termism and taking advantage of decades of goodwill.

Waited for almost a month for a refund. Finally called and was 18th in line to talk to customer service. Waited an hour and a half on phone. I will say representative was very nice though. Finally got my $ back after a day. Don’t think their quality is as good as usual. Won’t order online again.

Clarks have let me down after being a loyal customer since childhood. I don't mind paying for nice things, but recently their quality has reduced significantly. I bought some boots. Sole looked like blocks of solid rubber. They were hollow....about a 2mm thick base, so within a short time they'd worn through and let the water in. They cost £100. They looked "as new" on top when they went in the bin. The soles are split on a pair of leather trainers I've only been wearing since March, mostly in the house! They weren't interested in the first issue, said "wear and tear". They still use those soles, I looked at the weekend. Sadly I think I have bought my last pair of Clarkes shoes. They used to last forever, now you're looking at three months. Shame.
