Can't return a pair of shoes as I was never sent a receipt, I can't access my account as they never send me a change your password email (requested it 6 times). Utterly useless customer service!

I received two coupons after purchasing several pairs of shoes. I tried to use the coupon in their outlet shore. I also tried using a coupon given from Clark’s website. These coupons couldn’t be used in the store. I sent a complaint to Clark’s. I received a response which ignored my actual complaint and gave me no explanation as to why the store didn’t honor their coupons.

Purchased a pair of boots, and within 2 days the soles were soming apart. Clarks replaced them for free, but even the replacement had a factory defect. So they sent another replacement, and the second replacement also had a defect. Now they want to make me pay shipping for another replacement. This is absurd.

I was so excited when I placed an order (Order Number: 633384237) for the Sheer Violet Bronze, in order to wear them on my daughter's wedding. But so so disappointed when I realized that my shoes were so hard and nothing like the Clarks we knew!! I say "which we knew" as my daughter has also placed an order for the same pair of shoes, Sheer Violet Praline Leather, (Order Number: 632609238). Uncomfortable, hard, not at all soft. My both cou-de-pied are still on pain, 19 days so far. We're both disappointed and it's like throwing 200.00 euros into the trash.

I paid for next day delivery and the shoes did not turn up for another 2 days 60 hours after the should have, so waisted £5-59 for 24 hour delivery. Oh well got plenty of money to waste

I am writing to say that I brought my mum in the Eastleigh store and the lady that served us was really helpful and very patient with us my mum is in a wheelchair and has difficulty with buying shoes as she has one swollen foot after having two strokes ! the lady was Heather and she was old school as we say ! Mum got a nice pair of shoes and we were all very happy with that but just wanted to let Clark's know

We were in the Waterloo Outlets, my mother wanted to buy a shoe that she had really liked. As we were proceeding to checkout, we had noticed the price seemed a bit weird. We asked the employee and she had said the price that we had seen were after the sale. My mother, who doesn't understand English, had probably just accidentally read the label wrong. As seeing how the prices had raised by 40 dollars, we believed the price seemed a little unreasonable. We put the shoes we wanted back, said thank you and sorry for the inconvenience and then left. But as we were preparing to leave, the two employees rudely began groaning and laughing at us. They had complained about us before we had even left. I don't understand how one can be so rude to others. We understand that working in a mall can be a bit tough and exhausting at times, but it doesn't give you any right to be so rude and disrespectful to not only your customers, but to people in general. We were very dissatisfied with the experience we had today. We usually love shopping here, but after this experience, we're not so sure anymore. The shoes were nice and beautiful, just not so much the employees.

Clara shoes are 5 out of 5 for well made, sturdy and comfortable. But their shipping is terrible. I had ordered shoes, which i eventually had to cancel, bc they never shipped. The Glendale Arizona store never even got the shoes to the mail facility. It just sat in their ware house with a bunch of other shoes that need to be shipped, but apparently wasn’t. But the customer service i got from my local store was great and also ended up reccomending i cancel the order, because they too thought it was also a ridiculous time to not ship the item yet. Maybe even assuming, as i did, that it would never be shipped.

I bought a pair of Clarks Trigenic sandals at Sandton City in Johannesburg. The shop assistant was not particularly knowledgeable or helpful with regard to size and fit. The shoes (width D) were too wide for my narrow feet, but I thought I could shorten the fabric strap. Turns out it's almost impossible to achieve this. I have cut the fabric strap, so cannot return the shoes, and they are unusable. An expensive mistake. The colour range available in this shoe is limited to black and a pale pink. I didn't want black, so was restricted to the pale pink. A khaki or brown option would be more practical for me.

I ordered a pair if shoes online at Clark's site, received a confirmation email of shipment & I looked at the same site at the shoes I ordered and they went on SALE LESS THAN 24 HRS of ordering them. I phoned and was told to return them and reorder at sale price. Really, I live in a rural area without a clarks store the reason I order online they would not adjust to sale price. They will be returned & I will NEVER again order Clark's shoes

Soles fell off two pairs of my active air shoes so buying. One pair and the second pair half price is a waste of money because if you don't wear them in a certain time the soles instead of flexing the uppers split away from the soles ten pound for two. Pairs of shoes bit of an insult

Having spent thousands of pounds on shoes for both myself and for my son over the years a recent experience at the Clarks branch in Glasgow Fort was not good. I was asked if I needed my sons feet measured because Iwould have to take a ticket and que. I said no and that I knew the shoes and size I wanted. I then asked an assistant for the shoes and was told I had to take a ticket and join the que. I informed the assistant that her colleague told me otherwise and I asked for the shoes and size I wanted. She huffed and puffed and stormed off to get them, returned with them some time later handing me them without even looking at me or saying anything leaving me to fit and check the shoes myself. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately we had a very inexperienced member of staff who in our opinion did not have sufficient customer service and communication skills. We took our 3 year old son, and although the measurement of his feet was done well, the rest was appalling. None of the styles on the shelves were in stock in his size, yet other styles came out of the stock room, the assistant brought out fully lace up shoes which is not appropriate for a 3 year old when I'd chosen velcro shoes initially, and the stock check said styles we chose were in stock and yet the staff couldn't find them on the floor. The staff member then forgot to write down the style of shoes I needed to look for in other stores and didn't offer to order them online for me. I had to ask another member of staff to help me so I knew the name of the shoe I was trying to find. All round, it has distinctively put us off shopping there again for children's shoes which is such a shame.
