Purchased 2 SALE PRICED boots ...Upon arriving at the online payment page I was not offered the discount promotion code BF40....ended up being charged full price. Attempted to contact CLARKS customer service 4 X's spending 20-30 minutes waiting for a representative....ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE even though the robot stated several times " my call was important" !
I definitely will not be buying from Clark's again!!! I would not recommend this company !
