Received a pair of slippers purchased online, wrong size but the box indicated my size☹️ Customer service gave me free shipping back but that should have been the case anyway since it was their error! Then gave me a 50% off coupon which is what is offered already online😡. I still have to repackage the slippers and go out of my way to go to the PO to take them back. And of course they are out for f stock on those slippers in any color for my size. Very dissatisfied with Clark’s 😡😡. I’ve ordered many times from them and had very good results, wondering if online is worth it anymore???
