Exceptional customer service from Karen at Middlebrook Clarks, Bolton.
I needed school shoes for my son but was having difficulty getting a pair to fit due to an insole he needs to wear.
Karen went out of her way to ensure the correct fit in numerous pairs of shoes despite dealing with other waiting customers. Nothing was too much trouble for her and my son and I are very happy with the quality, fit and price of the shoes. Thank you.
