#First I received wrong sized for what I ordered, I returned those shoes and after 13 days of return still waiting for the refund.
#Again ordered the same shoes, this time got a correct sized shoe but faulty and damaged product I received. Returned this one also and waiting for the refund. I ordered both the pairs from clarks official website.
Pathetic customer service ever seen. Also, I wrote 2 emails to customer support but did not receive reply on either of the mails.
