Visited Clark’s in Reading. Wanted my daughter to get measured for school shoes. One person already measuring a child, while 6 staff stood round chatting. Store very quiet. Spoke to manager to ask if my daughter could be measured, she advised to get a ticket & wait.
We waited, staff walked past, chatting & drinking from their water bottles. Looked at us & ignored us. Our turn to get measured did not come. We Gave up.
Plenty of staff, but they could not be bothered.
Very poor service.
