Terrible customer service.
Placed an order went through, then received email that order canceled( no explanation). Phoned to find out why. Was told that they were not sending to Vancouver because of floods. She said to try again on Monday. Not available in my size when I reordered. Emailed customer service for info on stock two days later no response.
