Ordered 22nd December and payment taken. Clarks Email confirms despatched and "on its way". Hermes confirm 24th on way to courier. Since then NOTHING. 2 emails to Clarks not answered. No way to telephone and Hermes website states contact retailer.
Appalling customer service and still no shoes. Total abdication of customer service.
Even the questions below are not applicable as they do not deal with this complete failure of customer care.
