I have been trying to contact Clarks via their website about a pair of shoes I purchased. Bought end of October 2021, they fell apart after the 5th day of wear, emailed them Dec 1,2021 and they told me to send pictures( i didn’t want a refund - only a replacement). I sent pictures and called. Emailed me and told me it was over the 60 day return policy. my first email was wirhin 30 days. Emailed 6 times and that is the only response. Terrible customer service
All i wanted was the same pair- now i will tell all NOT to but from Clarks
