Visited Middlebrook Bolton store today to purchase school shoes for my Great Grandson aged five.We were served by a very pleasant young lady called Lucie who went the extra mile to please Jacob who wanted shoes with Pokémon on at first we thought we were unlucky but Lucie found a solution and we were all very happy with the service.
It was very refreshing to get such good service. Thanks again Lucie
